These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 1x777 (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any section of the site, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the 1x777 platform.

These Terms apply to all 1x777 services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

To register and use 1x777, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Always log out when using a shared or public device.
• Keep the mobile number linked to your account current, as it is required for password reset and verification.

1x777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account reasonably believed to be used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner harmful to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for cause, pending withdrawals may be subject to additional review.

1x777 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 1x777, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits independently.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for the account. Funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same bKash number registered on the account.
• KYC identity verification is required before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000. This requires a valid National ID (NID) card and a selfie photograph submitted through the account verification section.
• 1x777 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside 1x777's control and are the player's sole responsibility.

All deposits are final once credited to the player's account. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith through a payment provider may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once by opening multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• 1x777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if the promotion is being abused, if technical issues arise, or if external circumstances require it.

All bets placed on 1x777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any dispute about a bet outcome, the decision of 1x777's risk and trading team is final and binding. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Once confirmed, a bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and active for that market.
• 1x777 reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a palpable error, including incorrectly priced odds, data feed errors, or system malfunctions. The stake will be returned to the player's account when a bet is voided.
• If a sports event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market. In cricket, if a match is abandoned mid-game, bets are settled based on the result determinable under the applicable competition rules.
• Maximum win limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. The applicable limit for each market or game type is displayed within the platform. 1x777 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1x777 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any interaction with 1x777 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening or operating more than one account on 1x777, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including attempting to claim a bonus more than once.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financially illegal activity through the platform, including using 1x777 to convert illicitly obtained funds into withdrawable balances.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game or event, or exploiting known software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

1x777 uses advanced fraud detection and risk monitoring systems. Where evidence of prohibited conduct is found, 1x777 will take immediate unilateral action including account closure and forfeiture of funds without prior notice to the player.

Players can access responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, temporary account time-out, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are binding for the period chosen by the player and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Excluded players will not receive marketing communications from 1x777 during the exclusion. 1x777 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from opening new accounts during their exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the 1x777 platform without prior written permission from 1x777. Unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1x777 shall not be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. Without limiting the foregoing, 1x777's total liability to any player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Specifically excluded from 1x777's liability are losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, third-party data feed failures, or circumstances beyond 1x777's reasonable control including natural disasters or government action.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from account suspension or termination where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access.

1x777 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of the platform and its services. By using 1x777, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

1x777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details associated with their account, or by a prominent notice posted on the platform. The updated Terms will state the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of 1x777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce law principles. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact 1x777 support in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally.
